Content Club - How to add maximum value before selling your home
This is one of those 'catch them before they sell' articles that can help you generate appraisal opportunities.
Sometimes, you'll send out an article like this and get an instant phone call or email, asking you to come over to that owner's house for a chat.
Other times, it might take 2 or 3 months to get that call. Either way, the more people you can send this out to, the more seeds you are planting to grow future business.
Your success in real estate is directly related to the number of people with whom you regularly keep in touch. Contacts you know who you are and know what you do.
It's not about sending the perfect email, flyer or letter. Just get something out to your entire database on a consistent basis. The content is more important than a fancy design.
